All transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) . We do not accept any foreign currencies.
5.2 Transaction Total

- The listed price of each product ordered
- Any applicable sales or use taxes (calculated based on the shipping destination state)
- No additional payment processing fees
- No service fees
- No hidden surcharges
5.3 Tax Collection
Sales tax is collected only for orders shipped to states where we have a legal obligation to collect and remit tax. The tax amount, if applicable, is calculated and shown separately in the checkout summary. Tax rates are based on the tax rates effective at the time of purchase in the destination state and local jurisdiction.
5.4 Payment Authorization and Capture
When a customer completes the checkout process, the following occurs:
- An authorization hold may be placed on the payment method to verify the availability of funds.
- The actual charge occurs when the order is processed and confirmed, typically within 1 business day.
- For PayPal transactions, the charge is processed at the time the customer is redirected back from PayPal after successful authentication.
5.5 Billing Accuracy
Customers are required to provide accurate billing information, including:
- Full name as it appears on the payment method
- Correct billing address (matching the address on file with the card issuer)
- Valid email address for receipt and order correspondence
If billing information cannot be verified, we may contact the customer to correct the information. If verification fails and we cannot reach the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5.6 Payment Confirmation
Upon successful processing of the payment, the customer will receive:
- An email confirmation from us confirming the order
- A receipt from the payment processor (PayPal or the card network)
5.7 Declined Payments
If a payment is declined by the card issuer or PayPal, the order is not processed. The customer will receive a notification that the payment attempt failed. We do not automatically retry declined payments. The customer must return to the checkout page and submit a new payment.
5.8 Refunds and Credits
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card, different PayPal account, or via alternative methods such as wire transfer. For refund processing timelines, see Section 2 (Return and Refund Policy).
5.9 Chargeback Process
If a customer disputes a charge, we encourage the customer to contact us first to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in the customer’s account being suspended and may delay any potential resolution.

We reserve the right to update this Payment Policy as needed. Changes are effective when posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
