5.1 Acceptable Payment Instruments
We accept the following payment instruments for purchases made through this website:

Payment InstrumentApplicable Countries / Networks
Visa credit and debit cardsAll issuing countries
MasterCard credit and debit cardsAll issuing countries
PayPalActive PayPal accounts

All transactions must be conducted in United States Dollars (USD) . We do not accept payments in foreign currencies.

5.2 Transaction Amounts
The total amount charged to the customer’s payment instrument is the final amount displayed at checkout. This total is composed of:

  • The retail price of each product purchased
  • Applicable sales tax (calculated based on the destination state’s tax laws)
  • No payment processing fees
  • No service or handling fees
  • No hidden charges

The final amount does not include any fees imposed by the customer’s own bank or card issuer, such as foreign transaction fees if the card is issued outside the U.S. Those fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5.3 Tax Calculation and Display
Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed as a separate line item during checkout. The tax amount is based on:

  • The destination shipping address state and local jurisdiction
  • The tax rates effective at the time of purchase
  • Applicable product taxability rules in that jurisdiction

We do not collect tax for orders shipped to states where we have no legal tax collection obligation.

5.4 Payment Authorization Hold
When the customer submits an order, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on the payment instrument. This hold verifies that the instrument has sufficient funds or credit available. The actual charge is captured only when the order is processed, typically within 1 business day. For PayPal payments, the charge is captured at the time of checkout completion.

5.5 Accuracy of Billing Information
Customers are required to provide billing information that exactly matches the records of the card issuer or PayPal. Required information includes:

  • Full legal name as it appears on the payment instrument
  • Current billing address (including street, city, state, and ZIP code)
  • Valid email address

If the billing information cannot be verified, we may:

  • Contact the customer to request correction
  • Place the order on hold pending verification
  • Cancel the order if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time

5.6 Order Confirmation and Receipt
Upon successful payment, the customer receives:

  • An order confirmation email from us summarizing the purchase
  • A payment receipt from the processor (PayPal or the card network)

5.7 Handling of Declined Transactions
If a transaction is declined, the order is not processed. Reasons for decline may include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Security flags or fraud detection at the payment processor
  • PayPal authentication failure

We do not automatically retry declined transactions. The customer must correct the issue and submit the order again.

5.8 Refund Execution Method
All refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument used for the purchase:

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards are sent to the same card number
  • Refunds to PayPal are sent to the same PayPal account

Refunds cannot be issued to a different instrument. For refund processing timelines, refer to the Return and Refund Policy.

5.9 Chargeback Notification
If a customer disputes a charge directly with their card issuer or PayPal, we request that the customer contact us first to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Suspension of the customer’s account
  • Delays in any potential resolution
  • The customer being placed on a restricted list for future orders

5.10 Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend this Payment Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised.
