Shipping Destinations
Orders are shipped only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum order value is required. No additional handling fees apply.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our facility.
Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days for most addresses within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons may affect actual delivery time.
Carrier Selection
We select the shipping carrier for each order. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The carrier is chosen based on the destination address, package weight, and current shipping conditions. Customers cannot request a specific carrier.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, you must contact us immediately using the contact information on our Contact Us page. Once an order has been marked as shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a tracking number shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the customer refused delivery, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable. We do not automatically resend undeliverable packages.
